He was predeceased by: his parents, Flossie Belle Palmer and Moses Shofner Baldwin, Sr.; and his siblings, Moses Shofner Baldwin, Jr. and Francis Marian Humphrys. He is survived by: his wife Betty Jean Baldwin; his brother Joe Howard Baldwin; and his children, William Richard Baldwin, Carol Baldwin Butterworth and David Alan Baldwin. He is also survived by nine grandchildren and spouses; and four great-granddaughters.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in Bill's name to the Cornerstone Presbyterian Church building fund and/or Clearview Cancer Institute.
