He was predeceased by: his parents, Travis Kitchens and Nina Kitchens; and his sisters, Betty Davis (Ernest) and Patty Shores (Johnny). He is survived by: his wife Molly; his children, Steve Kitchens (Dana) and Laurie Blevins (David); and his grandchildren, Michael Kitchens, Sara Blevins, Travis Kitchens (Hannah) and Jacob Blevins (Claire). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
