She is survived by : her husband Charles Jowers; her children, Roy Steele (Melanie), Willard J Steele (Rachel), Leonda Steele, Leslie Jowers, Julie Jowers, Dwanye Jowers and Katherine Seaman; her brother Louie Barber; and her grandchildren, Ryan, Kamin, Raquel, Jacob, Bryson, Beau and Many. She is also survived by Many great grandchildren, and many other family and friends.
