He is survived by : his mother Mary Elizabeth Seaman; his sister Sharon Lyons (Wendelle); his wife Cynthia "NeNe" Toole Seaman; his children, Vernon Seaman Jr. (Brandi), Eric Seaman, Jerry "Scrappy" Pope, Jennifer, Mercedes Seaman, Teela Pope (Carl) and Cheyenne Esfeller; his nieces, Shannon Beech (Jason) and Amanda Cain (Richard); his nephew Wendelle Lyons Jr. (Amber); and his grandchildren, Jazmyn, Tiana, Aliyah Cain, Richard "Nate" Cain, Trey and Shawn Lyons. He is also survived by other loving family members and many friends.
