It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Walter Eugene Richardson (Irvington, Alabama), born in Coden, Alabama, who passed away on March 25, 2018, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his parents, Eugene S. and Martha M. Hebert Richardson; his wife Janet Gray Richardson; his sisters, Mable Joullian and Linda Darden; and his brother-in-law George Gazzier, Jr..
He is survived by : his daughter Cynthia Raley of Irvington, AL; his grandson Jesse Raley III (Anna); his great grandchildren, Harmon Walter Raley and Charles Allen Raley; and his siblings, Francis P. Richardson (Mary), Glenn J. Richardson (Judy), Bruce W. Richardson, Irene Gazzier, Bayou La, Wilhelmina Todd (Paul) and Mary Stickney. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and other relatives.
