She was predeceased by: her husband Walter Louis Taylor, Sr.; and her siblings, Rev. Frank Thomas, Jr., James Roy Thomas, Lonnie Thomas, Carrie Mae Jackson, Ethel Burke and Nancy Chapman.
She is survived by: her children, Stanley Bernard Scott (Crystal) of Corona, CA, Walter Louis Taylor, Jr. (Lillie) of Jackson, AL, Willie James Taylor, Sr. (Tamiko) of Jackson, AL, Dennis Dwayne Taylor, Sr. (Michele) of Jackson, AL, Derrick Labarron Taylor (Latedra) of Jackson, AL, Mable D. Bettis (Anthony) of Jackson, AL, Darlene Taylor Hixon (Jerry) of Jackson, AL, Carolyn Levonne Fox (Mickey) of Jackson, AL and Celeste Jackson (Eldridge, Jr.) of Jackson, AL; and her sisters, Mable Chapman (Johnnie) of Mobile, AL and Mary Harmon of Jackson, AL. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives, and friends.
