He was predeceased by: his parents, E. B. "Moon" Middleton and Ernestine Middleton; and his son Terry Middleton. He is survived by: his wife Gloria Middleton; his children, Brenda Middleton Shaper (Danny), Deborah Lamey (Mike), Kim Pugh (James Grace) and Scott Middleton (Tresa); his grandchildren, Steven Middleton (Kaitlyn), Amanda Lambert (Chris), Brad Boykin (Hali), Kirstie Gates (Cody), Chase Pugh, Taylor Matheson (Jordan), Tamara Worley (Levi) and Tobie Green (Kevin); and his siblings, Elbert Middleton, Carole Middleton and Marvin Middleton. He is also survived by numerous other relatives and friends.
