She was predeceased by: her parents, David Howell and Esther McCloskey Howell; her husbands, Donald Howell and John Brunson, Jr.; and her sisters, Janice Bedwell and Joyce Wilson.
She is survived by: her children, Lisa Thomason, Sonya Colee (Greg), Mark Howell (Kristi), Jon Howell and Ryan Howell (Melanie). She is also survived by fourteen grandchildren, thirteen great-grandchildren and numerous other relatives and friends.
