She was predeceased by: her siblings, John Ellis Thomas, Richard Thomas and Thelma Dixon. She is survived by: her daughter Surbrina Thomas Mitchell (Arthur) of Jackson, AL; her sisters, Shirley Thomas Rodgers (Dana) of Jackson, AL and Sandra Parker Hollins (Edward) of Pittsburgh, PA; her goddaughters, Lee Brenda Chapman of Jackson, AL and Hazel Davis (Perry) of Jackson, AL; her niece Rose Kennedy of Dixons Mill, AL; and her cousins, Willie Mae Leonard of Jackson, AL, Mary Harmon of Mobile, AL, Mabel Chapman (Johnny) of Mobile, AL and Billy Thomas (Marian) of Cerritos, CA.
