He was predeceased by : his parents, Arnell Chapman and Doris Elizabeth York Payne. He is survived by : his children, Kent Payne (Missy) and Amy Price (JJ); his grandchildren, Matthew Payne, Joshua Payne, Cade Price and Ally Price; and his siblings, Randy Payne (Sherry) and Margaret Ann Daily.
