With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Wesley Bumpers of Jackson, Alabama, who passed away on August 8, 2021 at the age of 85. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Wesley Candler Bumpers and Erma Hicks Bumpers; his children, Kirsten Gibson and Wesley Zack Bumpers; his grandchildren, Ian C. Gibson, George W. Gibson, Hadley Bumpers and Morgan Bumpers; his great grandchildren, Paizley R. Gibson and Wesley A. Gibson; and his siblings, Bill Bumpers, Tommy Bumpers, Ralph Bumpers, Vann Bumpers, Elaine Lavender, June Gissendanner, Susan Davis and April Barton. He was also cherished by numerous other relative and friends.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Winn Community Cemetery, c/o Martha Hayes, 4600 Winn Road, Jackson, AL 36545.
