She is survived by: her husband David Wayne Bentley, Sr.; her children, Amy Bentley Hudson (Chad) and David Wayne Bentley, Jr. (Kathryn); her grandchildren, Madison Bentley Raines (Chase), Holt Bentley, Drew Hudson, Will Hudson, Sami Kate Hudson and Luke Hudson; her sister Gwendolyn Horne; and her sibling's children, Wendy Chapman, Kara Shaw, Shelley Roberts, Karen Bentley, Kenny Bentley and Korey Bentley.
