He was predeceased by: his parents, John Henry Bice and Annie Blanche Ellison Bice; his son Layne Bice; and his granddaughters, Kayla Brackin, Megan Bice and Alyana Bice.
He is survived by: his children, Cynthia Brackin (Wayne) and Adam Bice (DeeDee) of Randall Bice; his grandchildren, Courtney Brackin Strickland, Joseph Brackin, Brianna Bice Cowart, Brooke Bice Gray and Lance Bice; and his siblings, Ann Cofer and Wayne Bice.
