She is survived by: her sons, Jim Horne (Kati Pandolfi) of Birmigham and Kenny Horne (Staci) of Birmingham; her stepchildren, Toni Grant (Terry) of Wetumpka and Hayley Cleckler (Jerry) of Birmingham; her daughter Mishan Williamson of Prattville; and her siblings, Gleaves Hastings (Harmon) of Auburn, Zack Azar III of Titus, Dean Azar (Julia) of Montgomery, Mark Azar (Barbara) of Elmore, Kitty Simpson (Wade) of Jemison and Kim Fenske of Jemison.
