Glaze and Hayden Dismukes; her granddaughter Kellie Glaze (Neal); her great grandchildren, Arron Glaze and David "Heath" Thacker; her granddaughters, Samantha L. Erwin, Kayla L. Ward, Holley L. Thacker, Tamera L. Thacker and Courtney D. Higgins; her great grandchild Macey N. Erwin; her grandsons, Steven Erwin (Julie), Cameron A. Avery, Jesse D. Thacker, Johnathan M.
