He was predeceased by: his father Hoyt Gaston Headley. He is survived by: his mother Mildred Elizabeth Barnett Headley of Jemison; and his siblings, Randy Headley of Thorsby, Nicky Headley of Jemison, Marty Headley of Jemison, Sherri Wingard of Bismarck, AR and Dwane Headley of Jemison.
