He is survived by: his daughter Crystal; his niece Chris; his son Mitchell Maddox (Amber); his granddaughter Christian; his niece Geddie (Gray); his grandson Cain; and his siblings, Elizabeth Moore (David), Jimmy Maddox (Julia) and Jeffery Maddox (Donna).
