He is survived by: his wife Ruby Jean Otts of Jemison; and his children, Ruby Marie Otts of Jemison, Robin Lynn Rollins of Independence, KY, James Mitchell Otts (Jenn) of Hartford and Rachel Jane Miller (Keith) of Arnold, MO. He is also survived by 6 Grandchildren; and 1 Great Grandchild.
