He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Howard "Pop", Louise Gothard, Clarence and Louise Emfinger. He is survived by: his wife Deanna Gothard; his parents, Glenn Gothard and Sheila Gothard; his sisters, Lawana Gothard Hall (Bo) and Sonja Gothard Lowery; and his nieces and nephews, Shauna Westberry (Matthew), Meshia Lowery, Kelsey Lowery, Morgan Lowery, Devin Peppers, Cory Hall (Nikki), Joseph Hall (Katlyn), Josh Peppers and David Peppers.
