She was predeceased by: her parents, Willis Franklin and Willie Jones Sims; her husband Clarence A. Davis, Jr.; her daughter Dorothy "Dot" Miller; and her siblings, William Clayton Sims, Wilford Sims, W. F. Sims, Eugene Sims, Mary Austin and Elsie Chandler.
She is survived by: her children, Jerry Davis (Freida) of Spartansburg, SC, Judith Toche (Charles) of Vancleave, MS and Linda Umstattd (Richard) of Willow Springs, MO.; and her grandchildren, Brice Miller (MS), Jason, Steven, Felicia Davis (SC), Jessica, Jeremy McCauley Jennifer Cain (MS) and Jeanna Latimer (Albert). She is also survived by two great-grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
