He was predeceased by: his parents, Andrew Jackson Griffin and Lovie Lou Griffin (Leonard); and his siblings, Louvelle Herron, Jessie Sullivan, Ruby Aldridge Uptain, Noah Griffin, Leonard Griffin and Johnnie Joe Griffin.
He is survived by: his wife Sarah Griffin of Kennedy, AL.; his daughters, Carolyn Davis (Phillip) of Kennedy, AL., Jennie Robinson (Tim) of Millport, AL. and Lisa Guy (Alexis) of Millport, AL.; his brother Sammie Norris Griffin of Vernon, AL.; his stepchildren, Angie Broadbent (Jessie) of Millport, AL. and Jimbo Davidson (Wendy) of New Hope, MS.; his grandchildren, Presley Rose and Levi Sawyer Guy; his stepgrandchildren, Harley, Dalton Davidson and Rayna Jayne Broadbent; his grandchild Aria Rayne Guy; and his close friend Bandit.
