She is survived by: her grandchildren, Christa Smallwood (Jonathan), Brandon Jackson and Matthew Burbank (Natalie); her great grandchildren, Mason Jackson, Alyssa Jackson, Brayden Sharp, Ethan Spencer, Caroline Spencer and Maddox Burbank; and her sibling's children, Laura Adams (Chuck), Carolyn Jones (Bill) and Jerry Dison (Bonnie). She is also survived by husband, Rev. Alvin Burbank; children.
