He is survived by: his wife Barbara Smith; his children, Belinda Creasy (Jerry), Herman "Sonny" Smith, Jr. and Renee Hamm (Pete); his daughter-in-law Connie Smith; his grandchildren, Michael Creasy (Jaime), Gage Creasy (Rachel), Tyler Creasy (Jen), Lacey Hamm (Andy), Braxton Hamm and Colton Smith; his great grandchildren, Morgan, Reagan, James, Ryann, Hunter, Tucker, Sutton, Rhett Creasy, Memphis Parrish, Brynlee Turner and Charli Collier; his brothers, Dewayne Bill (Janice) and Gary Smith (Cyndi); and his close friends, Kenneth Barnett, Larry Howell and Bill Carter. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
