He is survived by: his wife Martha Lee Davis; his children, Phillip M. Davis (Tracey) and Susan Butler (Robert); his grandchildren, Mandy Humphrey (Jacin), Brian Butler, Jessica Chowning (Bradley), Hunter Davis (Jessica) and Kyle Davis; and his great grandchildren, Kaitlyn, Josiah, Weylin, Sadie and Sophie. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to St. Jude's Children's Hospital.
