She was predeceased by: her parents, Leroy Davis and Nellarene Davis Cobb. She is survived by: her husband James M. Cobb; her daughters, Nicole D. Miller (Chris) and Carla R. Cobb; her grandson Dalton Miller; and her siblings, Debbie Johnson (Tony) and Tim Davis (Karen). She is also survived by 6 nieces and 2 nephews.
In lieu of flowers, Polly would like donations made in honor toward the treatment and support of wounded veterans.
