He is survived by: his wife Karen; his children, Russell Saunders, Kenneth Saunders (Martin) and Sheila Jones (James); his grandson Luke Jones; and his siblings, Shirley Dickmeyer (Jim), Greg Saunders (Sherrie), Steve Saunders (Linda) and Douglas "Skip" Saunders (Cathy). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews.
