He was predeceased by: his mother Cora Eloise McMurtrey; his grandparents, Dred, Violet Mae Peden, Sam and Eva Scott; his nieces, Amber Tucker and Haylie Murray; and his nephew Jordan Craft.
He is survived by: his wife Cheryl Scott; his children, Randa Bianco, Megan Lang (Jacob), Courtney Davis (Timmy), Branden Turpen and Kayla Smith (Robert); his grandchildren, Jami, Blaze, Emma, Marley, Layla, Carter, Taylin, Arian, Kinsley, Brailee, Kelsey and Brayden; his father Robert Scott (Tina); and his siblings, Ricky Scott (Bonnie), Tony Scott (Debora), Tim Scott (Traci), Andy Whitehead (Nancy), Bobby McMurtrey (Alese), Angela Simpson (Carl), Melissa Ragsdale (Vic), Eva Scott, Angel Klyce (Will) and Robin Capsopoulos. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts and uncles.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to any VA Nursing Home in Randall's memory.
