She was predeceased by: her husband Harvey Beavers; and her parents, Oliver Simpson and Willie Effie Ray Simpson. She is survived by: her daughter Vickie Dison (Jimmy); her sister Ruby; her sister-in-law Jessie Simpson Florence; her grandsons, Josh Dison (Amanda) and David Dison Sheffield (Laura); and her close friend Jean Fulks. She is also survived by 6 Great Grandchildren.
