He is survived by: his wife Charlotte England; his daughter Connie Putnam (Curtis); his siblings, James England (Martha), Nolan England (Carol) and Jane Ivey; his grandsons, Joshua Lance Putnam and Logan Glenn Putnam (Christina); and his great grandchildren, Brilee Lance, Rylan Maddox, Wylder Glenn Putnam and Case Andrew Morrow.
