He was predeceased by: his wife Kim Tolbert; his parents, Doug Tolbert and Wyvonnie Tolbert; and his parents-in-law, Robert and Shirley Stokes.
He is survived by: his children, Brad (Crystal), Kevin (Terri), Ellie, Mary Beth and Josie; his siblings, Jodie Byrd (Daniel) and Mark Tolbert; and his brother-in-law David Stokes (Danny Stokes).
Visitation was held on Tuesday, July 8th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Ridout's Gardendale Chapel (2029 Decatur Hwy, Gardendale, AL 35071). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, July 8th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
