She was predeceased by : her husband Riley "Mickey" Tolbert, Sr.. She is survived by : her son Riley Tolbert (Monica); and her siblings, Shane Skinner, Gerald Skinner, Joe Skinner, William Skinner, Janice Rogers and Jane Bradford. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
