She was predeceased by : her husband William Smith; her son Daniel Alvin Smith; and her parents, Theo Alvie and Betha Lee Heath. She is survived by : her pet Scooter; her children, William Lee Smith (Lei) and Sandra Wheless (David); and her sister Elizabeth Blanchard Heath.
