She is survived by: her sons, Joe S. Belcher, Jr. (Pat) and Bob Belcher (Joy); her son-in-law Bill Webb; her grandchildren, Alana Belcher Sirmans (Dave), Angel Belcher Wallace (Guthrie), Jacob T. Belcher (Chrissie), Joseph W. Webb and Jamie Waldrop; and her siblings, Hylance G. Mahan and Hugh Sorrell (Paula). She is also survived by nine great grandchildren.
