He is survived by: his wife Pansy Looney; his children, Cheryl Looney Tverberg and Dustin Looney; his brother Jimmy Looney; his sister-in-law Polly Shelton; his grandchildren, Meagan Rumble (Cory), Logan Nix (Wade), Abigale Looney, Krymson Tverberg, Charleigh Looney and Bryleigh Looney; his great grandchildren, Rhett Rumble and Xander Nix; and his nieces, Angela Campbell (Brian) and Mechelle Looney.
