She is survived by: her children, Kenneth Puckett (Melessia) and Cindy Puckett; her brothers, Jerry Terry and Neal Terry (Maryann); her grandchildren, Beverly (Daniel), Justin (Lisa) and Matt; and her great grandchildren, Ethan, Salem and Maddox.
