He is survived by: his children, Jeff Smallwood (Tina) and Rose Ann Smallwood (Jennifer); his sisters, Virginia McCaig, Mary Inman and Glenda Colagross; and his grandchildren, Michael, Justin, Austin, Cecil, Buddy and Sammy. He is also survived by 5 great-grandchildren; and faithful dog.
