He was predeceased by: his parents, Joann Hall and David Hall; and his brothers, Jason and Alan Hall. He is survived by: his wife Valerie Hall; his sons, John David Hall, Jr. (Wanda), Andy Joel Hall (Lee) and Edwin Isaac Hall; his sister Mary Lisa Corsbie; and his grandchildren, Cassidy, Lilly, Drew and Caelan. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
