He is survived by: his sisters, Carrie Hampton and Geraldine Brown; his son Lavincent Hampton; his nieces, Wendy Hampton and Melissa Madden; his mother-in-law Mary Hampton; his wife Bessie Brown; his daughter Dana Bennett; his grandchildren, Noble Williams, Jalen Hampton and Hope Allen; his great grandchildren, Peyton Hampton and Faith Hampton; and his sisters-in-law, Josephine Brown, Susie Fuqua (Dex) and Brenda Whalen (Steve). He is also survived by other Nieces, nephews, special children and friends.
