He is survived by: his brothers, Mark Mayfield and Kevin Johnson; his daughter Katherine Kilburn (Roger) of Florence, AL; his siblings, Melvin Flannagin, Jr., Helen Kerby and Lila Hovater; and his grandson Roger Kilburn II (Loreina) of Seattle.
