It is with great sadness that we announce the death of George Walker (Leroy, Alabama), who passed away on March 5, 2020, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Louis Walker and Riller Walker; and his siblings, A. M. Walker, Roy Walker, L. A. Walker, Fred Walker, Dorothy Davidson, Jean Bonneau, Katie Everhart, Kitty White and Nonie Williams.
He is survived by: his wife Wanda Phillips Walker of Leroy, AL; his children, Amy Carol Howell (Scott) of Leroy, AL., Robert Marks (Stacey) of Las Vegas and Roger Marks (Donna) of Jackson, AL.; and his sister Sadie Mae Benson of Leroy, AL.. He is also survived by 7 Grandchildren, 4 Great-Grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews.
