He was loved and cherished by many people including: his sister Mary Frances Palmer Fleming (Ellis); his wife Audrey Overstreet Palmer; his daughter Jo Ellen Palmer Gordon (Chip); his granddaughters, Katie Gordon Warden (Hunter) and Abbie Gordon Montgomery (Andrew); and his sister Ann Palmer Tidwell (Ted). He was also cherished by many cousins, nieces, and nephews.
