She was predeceased by : her former life partner Robert Earl Pettis; her parents, Emmett Cook and Annie Belle Cook; and her siblings, Fred and Ollie Fay Barker.

She is survived by : her husband Cattle; her sons, Anthony Pettis (Carla) and Phillip Pettis (Terri); her granddaughters, Jacy Legue and Lesley Holbrook (Paul); her great grandchildren, Jordan, Madelyn, Allison Holbrook, Hunter, Beau and Fisher Keown; her siblings, Pat Allred, Norma Owens (Bobby), Brenda Willoughby (Duane), Emmett Cook, Stanley Cook (Lisa) and Dayton Cook (Edith); and her nieces and nephews, Serving, Stanley Cook, Emmett Cook, Dayton Cook, Randels Smith, Barry Owens and Keith Owens.
