It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Tracy Webb Waters (Lincoln, Alabama), born in Middlesboro, Kentucky, who passed away on December 19, 2018, at the age of 54, leaving to mourn family and friends. She is survived by : her husband Frank Waters of Lincoln; and her brothers, Luther Webb, Danny Webb and Leslie Webb. She is also survived by sisters, Patricia Mitchell, NC, Mitiz Rivers, of KY, Margaret Pugh, of GA, Yvonne Rivers, of KY, Trudy Webb, of VA, and Deb Webb, of GA; as well as a host of nieces, nephews, and other relatives and friends.
