He was predeceased by : his brother Philip Charles Neel; and his half-siblings, Armon Neel and Helen Neel Blake. He is survived by : his wife Grace Perry Neel; his children, Stanley Charles Neel (Joleen), Catherine Elizabeth Neel and Miriam Neel Discenza (Len); his brother David Sullivan Neel (Betty); his sister-in-law Lou Ozment Neel; and his grandchildren, Margaret Sullivan Neel, John Michael Neel, Elizabeth Anne Discenza, Molly Clare Neel, Daniel Neel Discenza and Michael Joseph Discenza.
