He was predeceased by: his parents, Wilburn C. Pratt, Sr. and Mabel Simpson Pratt. He is survived by: his wife Thelma Phillips Pratt of Livingston; his son Wilburn C. "Sonny" Pratt, III (Patricia) of Livingston; his siblings, Louie Pratt (Marine) of Sachse, TX, Frank Pratt (Betsey) of Ft. Walton Beach, FL, Bobby Joe Pratt of Livingston, Emily Dial of Scooba, MS and Peggie Williamson of Scooba, MS; his grandchildren, Michael Pratt (Kyla) of Livingston and Stacey Pratt of Mobile; and his great grandchildren, Brittney Pratt of Birmingham and Brandon Hunt of Mobile.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the American Cancer Society.
