He is survived by: his wife Anita Douglas Boutwell; his children, Rhonda Boutwell Lundy, Daryl and Anthony Boutwell; his brothers, Gene Boutwell, William Boutwell and Sherman Boutwell; and his grandchildren, Amelia Lundy, Justin Lundy, Taylor Lundy, Caitlyn Boutwell and Peyton Boutwell. He is also survived by husband of 54 years as well as a wonderful father.
