It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Bettie Jean Hayashi of Madison, Alabama, who passed away on June 23, 2023, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She is survived by: her children, Wynema Wooten, Melissa Hayashi and David C. Hayashi; and her siblings, Robert Horton, David Horton and Patricia Davis. She is also survived by seven grandchildren and nine great grandchildren.
