She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, George Riggs and Betty Dunn Riggs; her husband Robert C. "Joe" Jenkins; her sons, Jeffery Jenkins (Susan) of Wayne, IL and Randall Jenkins (Judith) of Madison, AL; her grandchildren, Joshua Latour, Leah, Kate, Abby Jenkins and Grace Gray (Dakota); her great grandchild Everly; her sister Jaquelin Dornan of Raleigh, NC; and her sibling's children, Jodie Hinge (Joe) and John Dornan (Deb).
