He was predeceased by: his parents, Louie Dennis Fraley and Esther G. Fraley of Chattanooga; his wife Freda Lamb Fraley; his son Danny Fraley of East Ridge; and his siblings, David Fraley of Celina and Doris Battey of Chattanooga.
He is survived by: his daughter Debbie Metcalf; his stepsons, Brian Pierce (Tracy), Boyd Pierce and Dothan of Alabama; and his grandchildren, Anna Marie Pierce, Matthew Pierce, Sarah Pierce, Madison Pierce, Cynthia Fraley, Christopher Clark and Michael Clark of Fort Oglethorpe. He is also survived by 3 great-grandchildren.
