He was predeceased by: his daughter Lillian Hunter; and his son-in-law William Benton. He is survived by: his wife Irma Gresham Filip; his children, Carol Benton and Alan Filip (Susan); and his son-in-law Richard Hunter. He is also survived by seven grandchildren and three great grandchildren.
